Questions

A few practical answers.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, the practice participates in a limited number of insurance panels. Please contact the practice about in-network availability; coverage depends on your plan and the state where you are located. Private-pay and out-of-network care are available at $200 per session. A benefits check does not reserve an appointment or guarantee reimbursement.

Can I check my out-of-network benefits before reaching out?

Yes. You may use the secure benefits checker to review an estimate of your out-of-network benefits and possible out-of-pocket cost. Estimates are not a guarantee of coverage, reimbursement, or payment; your insurer makes the final determination.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Where can virtual therapy be provided?

Therapy is available to adults who are physically located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Virginia, or Maryland at the time of their session. The client’s location will be confirmed before care begins.

Is email a secure way to discuss therapy?

No. Please use email only for general administrative matters and do not include private health information. Clinical communication, records, appointments, and documents are handled through the practice’s secure systems after a therapeutic relationship has been established.

Still deciding?

A short conversation can help.

The first call is a chance to discuss what you are looking for, ask practical questions, and see whether working together feels appropriate. It does not obligate either of you to begin therapy.
